Hi, I’m Matt MacNaughton.
I’ve spent the last seven years as a Level 2 CrossFit trainer, Precision Nutrition coach, and entrepreneur — helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in what their bodies can do.
My passion for health and fitness started with CrossFit, both as a competitive athlete and as a coach. Training and working with a wide range of athletes has shaped the way I coach today: creative, supportive, and tailored to the individual.
No two people are the same — and neither are their goals.
I’m obsessed with efficiency, and that shows up in every program I build. My goal is to create training that fits your life, not the other way around. Clear, simple, effective — and sustainable for busy schedules.
