8-Week Virtual Strength & Speed Program
Beginning June 29th, athletes age 14+ will be enrolled in an 8-week coaching program designed to build strength, power, resilience, and athleticism. Each program is tailored to the athlete's sport, goals, training experience, and available equipment, making it accessible whether you're training at home, in a gym, or with your team.
Athletes will combine individualized strength training with sport-specific speed development focused on improving acceleration, top speed, movement mechanics, and overall performance. Weekly video analysis and coaching feedback will ensure athletes are not only working hard but developing the technical skills needed to translate their training directly to competition.
In addition to up to two strength sessions and two speed sessions each week, athletes will receive accountability tracking, nutrition guidance, recovery support, and ongoing coaching from both Timothy and Matt throughout the program.
